This includes your full name, email address, phone number, nationality (for TANAPA park fee and visa guidance), travel dates, and party size.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to process bookings, generate custom safari quotes, coordinate park entry permits with the Tanzania National Parks Authority (TANAPA) and Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA), and deliver real-time itinerary updates.

All personal data and booking records are encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise-grade security controls. Payment processing is handled via PCI-DSS compliant gateways; Zip Safari never stores raw credit card numbers on our servers.
