1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zip Safari to plan itineraries, inquire about safari packages, or book transport, ferries, and accommodations across Tanzania and Zanzibar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Safari Bookings, Park Fees & Conservation Permits
Safari package rates include statutory conservation and crater service fees levied by the Tanzania National Parks Authority (TANAPA), Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA), and Zanzibar marine reserves as specified in each tour’s inclusions list. Government tax or park tariff adjustments announced by Tanzanian authorities apply to all bookings.
3. Deposits, Cancellations & Amendments
A 30% deposit confirms safari lodge, bush flight, and vehicle reservations, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Ferry and intercity bus tickets are governed by the schedule change and cancellation policies displayed at checkout.
4. Travel Insurance & Wildlife Safety
Comprehensive travel and medical evacuation insurance (such as AMREF Flying Doctors coverage) is mandatory for all wilderness safari and high-altitude Mount Kilimanjaro or Mount Meru trekking itineraries. Travelers must follow the safety instructions of licensed park rangers and safari guides at all times.
